What I look at

  • Campaign structure. How the account is built, and whether the structure itself is capping performance.
  • 90 days of search terms. Wasted spend, missed harvests, and negatives that were never applied.
  • Placement data read on conversion rate.
  • Break-even ACoS against your actual margins, and whether your current targets make sense next to it.
  • Budget split across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display.
  • Listing conversion. Sessions and conversion rate on your top ASINs, because ad spend can’t fix a page that doesn’t convert.
  • Account health. Policy flags, suppressed listings, stranded inventory.
  • Inventory coverage against what you’re currently spending on ads.

What you get back

A written report as a PDF, 8 to 12 pages, in 3 working days. There’s no template, so the length follows what the account needs rather than a house format.

If you want to go through it together, there’s a 30 minute call. If you’d rather just read it and act, that’s fine too.
